All of them because one can’t be greater than the other. All of them are equal and fair.

We think that all of the branches are the strongest because they can mostly have the same power and so one branch doesn’t have more power than the other 2 branches.

We think that the judicial branch are both important because the legislative branch makes the laws and the judicial checks the laws to see if it’s fair.

We think that the ” legislative branch and the Judicial branch ” are stronger because J b makes laws that can be to improve the land and the lb ca disagree with a plan with another president

I think the executive branch is the strongest because it can declare war. He also can veto laws and he can make laws.

We think the Executive branch is most important because the president can allow anything we want if a lot of people participate in it. We think its great that the people like the president let the women vote.http://www.cduniverse.com/productinfo.asp?pid=6785152

I think all of the three branches were all important because they are like connected to each other. For example, you had a bicycle and it doesn’t have a handle bar so, you can’t ride it because it is not going to work.

We think that all 3 branches of government have the same amount power! the judicial makes and informs rules. the executive branch has the president. The legislative has the senate and the house of repusentitives.

We think that the Legislative Branch is the most important because the President and the Vise President are part of the Legislative Branch. The Legislative Branch can approve or veto a law, so if there is a bad law that comes to the president then he can veto the law.

I think that the Judicial Branch is the strongest branch out of all the branches. I think that the Judicial Branch is the strongest branch because this branch makes sure that before new laws are made they make sure that it is following the constitution. Before the new law turns into a law it has to go to a lot of process. It must be approved by the Legeslative Branch, and then the Judicial Branch. If it get abroved by those two branches then the new law gets sent to the president. If the new law is not approved the law must be VETOed, but if it is approved by the president the president must sign it it before it is an official law. A lot of people that need to go to court start of with the DISTRICT COURT. If the person get declined they could go to a higher court called the COURTS OF APPEALS. If they get declined again they go to the highest court called the SUPREME COURT. The Supreme Court is the last court you could go to becuase it is the higest court and there is no court in the US higher than it. In the Supreme Court there are nine judges. If you get declined by the Supreme Court you can’t do anything about because the Supreme Court is the last court you could go to. As you can see without the Judicial Branch laws could be made unfairlly and there would be less chances for people that need a court to get a good chance of approvement.
